Pablo Miller saw this shift coming before working from home became the norm. On a trip to Colombia, his mother's home country, he met engineers his own age who'd studied abroad, spoke fluent English, and had every reason to stay right where they were. The talent was there. The opportunity wasn't. So he built Remoti to connect the two.
