The app is now available to all devices that run Android 2.1 or above, and is available for free download from the Android Market. The app allows you to make free Skype-to-Skype calls, and free one-to-one or group instant messaging. It also allows calls to phones at reduced rates, all over a WiFi or 3G connection.
